Mini Pepperoni Deep-Dish Pizzas
Fun, single serve pizzas made with the 2-ingredient pizza dough!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
3⁄4 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 1⁄8 cup Self-rising flour
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
16 Tbsp Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
3⁄4 cup Reggano Marinara pasta sauce
16 slices Mama Cozzi's Turkey pepperoni
Cooking spray
Crushed red pepper flakes
Basil
Instructions:
Mix together yogurt, 1 cup flour and garlic until dough forms.
Knead with remaining flour for about 3-5 minutes.
Dived dough into 8 equal parts.
Spray muffin tin with cooking spray and press dough into tin, going up the sides.
Add 1 Tbsp of pasta sauce followed by 2 Tbsp mozzarella.
Chop pepperoni slices into fourths and add 2 slices worth to each pizza.
Top with Basil and red pepper flakes if desired.
Bake at 450 for about 15 minutes.
