Mini Pepperoni Deep-Dish Pizzas

Fun, single serve pizzas made with the 2-ingredient pizza dough!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 3⁄4 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt

  • 1 1⁄8 cup Self-rising flour

  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic

  • 16 Tbsp Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

  • 3⁄4 cup Reggano Marinara pasta sauce

  • 16 slices Mama Cozzi's Turkey pepperoni

  • Cooking spray

  • Crushed red pepper flakes

  • Basil

Instructions:

  1. Mix together yogurt, 1 cup flour and garlic until dough forms.

  2. Knead with remaining flour for about 3-5 minutes.

  3. Dived dough into 8 equal parts.

  4. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray and press dough into tin, going up the sides.

  5. Add 1 Tbsp of pasta sauce followed by 2 Tbsp mozzarella.

  6. Chop pepperoni slices into fourths and add 2 slices worth to each pizza.

  7. Top with Basil and red pepper flakes if desired.

  8. Bake at 450 for about 15 minutes.

  9. Enjoy!
