Crock-Pot Chicken Sausage Spaghetti Squash

This is one of our old WW favorites that we have been making since we first started WW years ago. It is really easy to make and delicious!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium spaghetti squash, washed, cut in half and seeds removed

  • 16oz Canned tomato sauce

  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil

  • 4 links Al Fresco Chicken sausage, chopped into bit sized pieces

  • 4 tsp Minced garlic

  • 1⁄2 tsp Dried thyme

  • 1⁄2 tsp Dried oregano

  • 1⁄2 tsp Dried basil

  • 2 Tbsp Hot Pepper relish or Tabasco sauce, optional

Instructions:

  1. Wash, cut in half and remove the seeds from the spaghetti squash.

  2. In your crock-pot, add tomato sauce, olive oil, garlic and spices and mix together.

  3. Lay spaghetti squash in sauce, cut side down.

  4. Chop chicken sausage into pieces and add to crock-pot.

  5. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until squash is cooked.

  6. Remove squash from crockpot and scrap squash out of the skin.

  7. Return squash to crock-pot and stir in well.

  8. Enjoy!
