Crock-Pot Mango Salsa Chicken

This easy Crock-Pot meal is a dump and go that makes it perfect for those busy days when you want something delicious and healthy for dinner but don’t have a lot of time!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Member's Mark Mango salsa

  • 3 frozen uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 1⁄2 cup Fat free chicken broth

  • 2 Tbsp Taco seasoning mix

  • 14 1⁄2 oz Canned black beans

  • 14 1⁄2 oz Canned yellow corn

  • juice from 1 Fresh lime

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients except for chicken breast to crock-pot and stir.

  2. Nestle chicken breasts in mixture and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is done.

  3. Enjoy!
