Lightened Up Pioneer Woman's Best Chicken Breast
I lightened up the Pioneer Woman’s Best chicken breast recipe. It turned out so yummy and was so easy! It is now one of our favorite ways to make chicken!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
3 pounds Uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 1⁄2 cups Kroger Parmesan Finely Shredded Cheese
2 tsp Granulated garlic
1 tsp Lawrys Seasoned Salt, The Original
1⁄2 tsp ground black pepper
cooking spray
Instructions:
Lightly apply non-stick spray on a 9×13 baking pan.
Lay chicken breasts in and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, granulated garlic, seasoned salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
Evenly spread yogurt mixture on the tops of the chicken.
Bake at 375 until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F. This took 45 minutes for me.
Broil for another 2-3 minutes, or until the top is browned.
