EASY Chicken Cobbler🍗🥕🫛🧀 TikTok VIRAL Cobbler Recipe Lightened Up!

This easy chicken cobbler recipe was a viral TikTok recipe that I wanted to lighten up and put my own spin on. It's a twist on a classic comfort food dish, made with chicken, a savory, creamy sauce, and a Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit like topping!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, shredded(about 1 ½ pounds)

  • 4 Tbsp Brummel and Brown

  • 16 ounces frozen vegetables

  • 1 tsp Onion powder

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup 98% fat free

  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

  • 2 cups heart smart bisquick mix

  • 2 cups almond milk

  • 2 oz (½ cup) reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 Tbsp cup dried parsley

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Pour melted butter spread on the bottom of a 13X9 inch casserole dish.

  3. Spread shredded chicken over melted butter.

  4. Sprinkle frozen vegetables over the chicken.

  5. Sprinkle onion powder on top.

  6. In a medium bowl, add the biscuit mix, garlic powder, chili powder and parsley.

  7. Pour in milk and cheese and mix until blended.

  8. Pour over the vegetables but do not stir.

  9. In another medium bowl, add the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and Old Bay seasoning and mix until blended.

  10. Pour over the biscuit mix, do not stir.

  11. Bake uncovered, at 350F, for 50-60 minutes, until biscuit top has risen and is golden brown and cooked.

  12. Enjoy!
