This lightened up, easy slow cooker BBQ pot roast is full of flavor and a perfect warm, cozy food for the cool Fall weather!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds Uncooked lean beef round

  • 1 Medium Onion, sliced

  • 18 oz G Hughes sugar free barbecue sauce

  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic

  • 1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary

  • 2 Tbsp Liquid smoke flavoring

  • 1 Tbs Worcestershire 1 Tbsp Hot sauce

  • 2 Tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, golden

Instructions:

  1. Place beef and onions in slow cooker.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, rosemary, liquid smoke and hot sauce.

  3. Pour sauce over roast and onions.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is fork tender.

  5. Carefully remove roast from slow cooker and transfer to a cutting board.

  6. Cut into bite size pieces or shred.

  7. Add beef back to the slow cooker and stir in sauce.

  8. Enjoy!
