Crock-Pot BBQ Pot Roast
This lightened up, easy slow cooker BBQ pot roast is full of flavor and a perfect warm, cozy food for the cool Fall weather!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
3 pounds Uncooked lean beef round
1 Medium Onion, sliced
18 oz G Hughes sugar free barbecue sauce
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary
2 Tbsp Liquid smoke flavoring
1 Tbs Worcestershire 1 Tbsp Hot sauce
2 Tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, golden
Instructions:
Place beef and onions in slow cooker.
In a small bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, rosemary, liquid smoke and hot sauce.
Pour sauce over roast and onions.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is fork tender.
Carefully remove roast from slow cooker and transfer to a cutting board.
Cut into bite size pieces or shred.
Add beef back to the slow cooker and stir in sauce.
Enjoy!
