Easy 2 Ingredient Pizza Dough

This pizza is so easy and delicious. It is also very budget friendly. It is a family favorite and something I make all the time. It is also WW friendly!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • Pizza Dough Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fat free Greek yogurt ***I now use less, about 3/4 cup so that I don't need as much flour to knead the dough***

  • 1 cup self rising flour (plus extra for kneading and rolling out the dough, I used an 1/8 cup, it can take more! )

  • Pizza Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1 can tomato paste

  • 1 to 1 1/2 tomato paste cans of water

  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp Oregano

  • 1/2 tsp Basil

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Toppings:

  • red onion mushrooms

  • bell peppers

  • 64 gm olives

  • 28 gm turkey pepperoni

  • 8 oz part skim mozzarella

Instructions:

  1. Get your pizza sauce by mixing all ingredients together and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.

  2. To make the dough mix the flour and yogurt together. Knead for about 5 minutes.

  3. Divide into 2 equal balls and roll out to fit pizza pans.

  4. Spritz pizza pans with olive oil and fit dough to pans.

  5. Add sauce to the top of dough, followed by half the cheese on each.
