Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili

This slow cooker chicken chili is really easy but tastes absolutely delicious!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 pounds)

  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped

  • 1 packet salad dressing and seasoning mix

  • 1 Tbsp taco seasoning

  • 1 can of corn

  • 1 can of black beans

  • 1 can of rotel

  • 8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese

Instructions:

  1. Add chicken breasts to crock pot followed by the rest of the ingredients, putting the cream cheese on top.

  2. Stir, and let cook on low for about 5-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked and tender.

  3. Enjoy!
