Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili
This slow cooker chicken chili is really easy but tastes absolutely delicious!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 packet salad dressing and seasoning mix
1 Tbsp taco seasoning
1 can of corn
1 can of black beans
1 can of rotel
8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
Instructions:
Add chicken breasts to crock pot followed by the rest of the ingredients, putting the cream cheese on top.
Stir, and let cook on low for about 5-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked and tender.
Enjoy!
