2 Ingredient Dough Bubble Up Pizza

This easy 2 ingredient dough bubble up tastes like pizza in casserole form!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • One batch of 2 ingredient pizza dough:

  • 1 1/8 cup self rising flour (1/8 cup for kneading)

  • 3/4 cup Nonfat plain Greek yogurt

  • One batch (3 cups) of Quick and Easy Homemade Marinara Sauce

  • 16 oz 93% lean ground turkey

  • 1 1⁄4 cup shredded, part-skim mozzarella cheese

  • 63 gm sliced black ripe olives

  • 8 oz Fresh mushrooms

  • 1 medium bell pepper

  • 1 cup chopped red onion

  • 1 tsp Dried oregano

  • 1 tsp Dried basil

  • 1 tsp Granulated garlic (I typically like to use minced garlic, 2-3 tsp)

  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large pan on medium/medium high heat, pepper and cook turkey, onion, mushrooms, and bell pepper until meat is browned and veggies are softened,

  2. Cut up dough into small pieces and set aside.

  3. Add seasoning and cook for a minute or so.

  4. Add marinara sauce and olives and let cook for another couple of minutes.

  5. Add the biscuits and stir well.

  6. Pour into a 13X9 prepared casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes at 350.

  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top and bake again for around 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  8. Enjoy!
