2-Ingredient Dough Pizza In The Air Fryer
I love using my air fryer and I love the two ingredient dough pizza so wanted to try it out in the air fryer! After trying a couple different ways of doing it, I love how it turned out and will probably be doing it this way instead of in the oven from now on!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
1 1/8 cup self rising flour, separated
3/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt
3/4 cup part skim mozzrella
4 Tbsp low fat feta
20 slices turkey pepperoni
1 cup marinara sauce (I used simply nature organic marinara pasta sauce)
Dried oregano and red pepper flakes to taste
Instructions:
Combine 1 cup flour with yogurt and mix until it starts to look like dough.
Knead on lightly floured surface for 5 minutes.
Cut dough into 4 equal parts and roll each part out to desired shape.
Spray air fryer with cooking spray and place rolled out dough into it.
I cooked my pizzas two different ways for slightly different results:
1-Top each pizza with 1/4 cup sauce, 3 Tbsp mozzarella, 5 pieces of pepperoni, 1 Tbsp feta and sprinkle with oregano and red pepper flakes and cook at 375 for about 7 minutes in the air fryer.
2-For a crispier crust, you can cook the dough, spritzed with olive oil for about 2 minutes and then add toppings and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Enjoy!
