Broccoli Chicken and Cheese Casserole

Quick and easy, cheesy chicken and broccoli casserole the whole family will love!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups, chopped, cooked skinless boneless chicken breast

  • 21 oz or 2 cans low fat cream of mushroom soup (I used Fit & Active brand)

  • 1 1/2 cups reduced fat shredded cheese (I used Kroger Reduced fat 4 cheese Mexican blend)

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  • 1 1/2 cups fat free skim milk

  • 16oz steamed broccoli

  • 2 cups(8 oz) dry whole wheat elbow macaroni, cooked to al dente

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp granulated garlic

  • pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

  2. Pour into a 13X9 inch pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

  3. Sprinkle bread crumbs and parmesan on top and bake again at 350 for about 15 minutes.

  4. Enjoy!
