ZERO Point Crustless Pumpkin Pie! 🎃🥧🧡
This easy pumpkin pie recipe is packed full of fall flavors but low in points and calories! It is perfect for the Holidays or for anytime you want a guilt free, zero point fall dessert!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Lakanto classic
2 large eggs
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
¼ tsp cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can (15 ounces) LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Mix Lakanto, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in small bowl.
Beat eggs in large bowl.
Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture.
Gradually stir in almond milk to pumpkin mixture.
Spray a 9 inch round glass pie dish with cooking spray and pour filling in.
Bake at 325 F for 55-60 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center (about an inch away) comes out clean. You can also look for a slight, firm jiggle in the center when you gently nudge the dish. Baking time may vary depending on your oven, elevation and bakeware.
Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours to let set before slicing.
Serve or refrigerate.
