The EASIEST Pumpkin Spice Nut Muffins! πŸŽƒπŸ«šπŸ˜ƒπŸ§‘

This super easy and delicious Weight Watchers Pumpkin Spice Muffins recipe uses a cake mix and just a couple of other ingredients and makes a delicious Fall time treat!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pillsbury moist supreme sugar free classic yellow cake mix (16 oz)

  • 15 oz pumpkin puree (not the pumpkin pie filling)

  • β…“ cup Chopped walnuts

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • Β½ tsp nutmeg

  • ΒΌ tsp ground ginger

  • ΒΌ tsp ground cloves

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F.

  2. In a large bowl, add cake mix and spices and mix until combined.

  3. Add in pumpkin and mix together until smooth.

  4. Fold in walnuts.

  5. Line muffin tin pan with liners or spray with cooking spray.

  6. Fill each muffin cup with roughly ΒΌ cup of the mixture.

  7. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes until set.

  8. Let cool enough to remove and let cool completely on a baking rack.

  9. Enjoy!
