Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Sandwiches

Super easy sweet treat perfect for summer!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 8 full graham crackers

  • 2 cups fat free vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1 8 oz container of fat free whipped topping

  • 2 cups chopped or pureed strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Combine the yogurt, whipped topping and strawberries together.

  2. Place 4 graham crackers on the bottom of a parchment paper lined dish.

  3. Spread the yogurt mixture over the tops of the graham crackers and top with remaining graham crackers.

  4. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 5 hours.

  5. Once frozen, cut into individual sandwiches. These are best when you allow them to defrost for a few minutes before eating.

  6. Enjoy!
