Rice Krispy Treats

These quick and easy rice Krispy treats have all the flavor of the original with less calories and points!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups rice krispy cereal

  • 4 cups or 8 oz marshmallows

  • 4 Tbsp light butter spread (I used Brummel and Brown)

  • splash of vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Heat butter spread in pan on low heat until melted.

  2. Stir in marshmallows unto melted.

  3. Add vanilla and stir. Mix in cereal until all incorporated together.

  4. Spread in 13X9 in dish and press down.

  5. Store in fridge to set up.

  6. Enjoy!
