Skinny Oatmeal Banana Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
This moist and delicious banana cake pairs wonderfully with the sweet cream frosting topping!
How to Make This:

Cake Ingredients:
2 Lg Eggs 4 small Bananas (or 3 medium)
1 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt( or fat free sour cream)
1⁄3 cup Maple syrup or brown sugar (WW Pts and nutritional info factored with maple syrup but I now use zero calorie lakanto maple sryup or Lakanto golden to lower points)
2 tsp Coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 1⁄4 cup All-purpose flour
3⁄4 cup Quick cooking rolled oats
1 tsp Baking soda
1⁄2 tsp Baking powder
3⁄4 tsp salt
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
Frosting:
4 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1⁄2 cup Confectioners' sugar (WW Pts and nutritional info factored with sugar but I now use zero calorie lakanto powdered to lower pts more)
1⁄8 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt(you can use 1-2 Tbsp milk instead)
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mix flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together well in a medium bowl, set aside.
In a mixer or by hand, mix together eggs, bananas, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla until well incorporated.
Mix dry ingredients into wet, by hand, don't overmix.
Pour batter into prepared 9X13 inch baking dish and bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cake cool completely before frosting.
