Easy No Bake Oreo Cheesecake Pie
This Lightened up Oreo Cheesecake is so easy to make and comes together in minutes!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
2/3 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
4 oz fat free whipped topping
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
16 Oreos, divided
1 1/2 Tbsp light butter spread, melted ( I like Brummel and Brown)
Instructions:
For the crust, grind up 13 Oreos in a food processer until you have crumbs, add in melted butter spread and blend together.
Press into a pie pan and refrigerate.
For the filling, cream the cream cheese and Greek yogurt together.
Blend in vanilla and powdered sugar.
Fold in whipped topping.
Break up remaining Oreos and fold into cream cheese mixture.
Pour over crust and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, overnight is even better!
