Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream AKA Nice Cream

This Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream or Nice Cream, is a Dairy Free, Gluten free , Vegan delicious ice cream that is so easy to make! It has a wonderful soft serve consistency and tastes like a chocolate peanut butter cup in ice cream form. If you love ice cream but want a much healthier alternative, this will give you all the flavor and texture of ice cream without the guilt!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 4 frozen bananas, cut into small pieces

  • 1/4 cup cocoa

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup almond milk (or any milk you choose)

  • 1 tsp vanilla pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients into food processor or heavy duty blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Eat right away or put into freezer for a firmer texture.

  3. Enjoy!
