Pumpkin Spice Muffins

This super easy and delicious Weight Watchers Pumpkin Spice Muffin recipe uses a cake mix and just a couple of other ingredients and makes a delicious Fall time treat!


How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 box spice cake mix

  • 15 oz pumpkin

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well blended.

  2. Line cupcake pans (makes 24) and fill.

  3. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

  4. Enjoy!
