This moist and delicious bread combines a touch of sweetness with Fall spices. It is easy to make and comes together in minutes!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all purpose flour

  • 1 Tbsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 2/3 cup skim milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar

Instructions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside.

  2. Mix all remaining ingredients together well, either by hand of in a mixer.

  3. Slowly mix flour mixture in until incorporated and you no longer see any dry ingredients.

  4. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

  5. Enjoy!
