Pumpkin Spice Bread
This moist and delicious bread combines a touch of sweetness with Fall spices. It is easy to make and comes together in minutes!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup pumpkin puree
2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
2/3 cup skim milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup light brown sugar
Instructions:
Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside.
Mix all remaining ingredients together well, either by hand of in a mixer.
Slowly mix flour mixture in until incorporated and you no longer see any dry ingredients.
Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
