✨PROTEIN PACKED✨ 🍋Lemon Cottage Cheese Mousse🍋🌞
This creamy, decadent mousse is bursting with fresh, bright lemon flavor. Low in calories but high in protein with no added sugar, making it a perfect no guilt dessert!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
16 ounces (2 cups) 2% fat cottage cheese(I use Dairygold which has a higher moisture content then some)
Protein powder- 1 scoop (30.5 g) I used Isopure zero carb vanilla
1-2 Tbsp lemon Juice
Zest from 1 lemon
¼ cup Lakanto Classic Monkfruit sweetener with allulose
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Zest and juice lemon.
Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor. I used a Nutrtibullet. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness and/or tartness to your liking by adding more sweetener or lemon juice.
Pour mousse into 4 small ramekins or other similar container.
Cover with plastic wrap and let refrigerate for a few hours before eating to allow them to chill and set up.
Garnish with additional lemon zest or toppings of your choice.
