Pistachio Fluff

Lightened up pistachio fluff (Watergate salad)!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows

  • 1 oz Fat-free sugar-free instant pistachio pudding mix

  • 8 oz Kroger Fat free whipped topping

  • 1⁄3 cup Chopped pecans (you can also use walnuts or pistachios) reserve 1 Tbsp to garnish with.

  • 20 oz fresh pineapple, crushed in blender-You can also use 28 oz crushed pineapple, canned in fruit juice , well drained.


Instructions:

  1. Place pineapple and pudding into a medium mixing bowl and mix well.

  2. Add mini marshmallows and all but 1 tablespoon chopped pecans.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Fold in whipped topping.

  5. Refrigerate Watergate Salad for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  6. Garnish with remaining chopped pecans and maraschino cherry.

  7. Enjoy!
