Pistachio Fluff
Lightened up pistachio fluff (Watergate salad)!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
1 cup Mini marshmallows
1 oz Fat-free sugar-free instant pistachio pudding mix
8 oz Kroger Fat free whipped topping
1⁄3 cup Chopped pecans (you can also use walnuts or pistachios) reserve 1 Tbsp to garnish with.
20 oz fresh pineapple, crushed in blender-You can also use 28 oz crushed pineapple, canned in fruit juice , well drained.
Instructions:
Place pineapple and pudding into a medium mixing bowl and mix well.
Add mini marshmallows and all but 1 tablespoon chopped pecans.
Mix well.
Fold in whipped topping.
Refrigerate Watergate Salad for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Garnish with remaining chopped pecans and maraschino cherry.
