Pineapple Pretzel Fluff

This skinny fluff combines sweet fruit and a buttery sweet and salty pretzel topping for a delicious salty sweet combo!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp light butter spread, melted (I used Brummel & Brown Spread Made with Yogurt)

  • 1⁄4 cup Truvia Sweet complete brown calorie free sweetener.

  • 2 oz Pretzels, roughly broken up

  • 1⁄2 cup no calorie stevia

  • 8 oz 1/3 less fat than regular cream cheese

  • 20 oz, Pineapple, diced

  • 8 oz Kroger Fat free whipped topping


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.

  2. Mix pretzels, melted butter and 1/4 cup brown sugar.

  3. Pour onto baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes.

  4. Cool completely.

  5. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and Stevia until creamy.

  6. Fold in pineapple and whipped topping.

  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight. T

  8. o serve, break pretzel mixture up.

  9. Reserve some to garnish with and either fold in the remaining or add remaining to individual servings.

  10. Garnish with maraschino cherry.

  11. Enjoy!
