Ambrosia Salad

Delicious light and bright fruit salad!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 15 oz Drained, canned in juice, mandarin oranges (Hold back a few to garnish with if you wish)

  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows

  • 2 cups Fresh Pineapple, chopped into bit sized pieces

  • 1 cup Grapes, chopped

  • 1⁄2 cup Shredded sweetened coconut

  • 1 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt


Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the oranges, pineapple, marshmallows and coconut.

  2. Add Greek yogurt and toss to mix.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

  4. Garnish with mandarin oranges and a maraschino cherry.

  5. Enjoy!
