Ambrosia Salad
Delicious light and bright fruit salad!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
15 oz Drained, canned in juice, mandarin oranges (Hold back a few to garnish with if you wish)
1 cup Mini marshmallows
2 cups Fresh Pineapple, chopped into bit sized pieces
1 cup Grapes, chopped
1⁄2 cup Shredded sweetened coconut
1 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine the oranges, pineapple, marshmallows and coconut.
Add Greek yogurt and toss to mix.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Garnish with mandarin oranges and a maraschino cherry.
Enjoy!
