Oatmeal Banana Bread

This healthy banana bread is moist, delicious and full of flavor. It is easy to make and comes together in minutes. It is a great, guilt free way to use up those extra ripe bananas you have!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups flour

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 2 egg whites

  • 1 egg

  • 3 tsp oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients, minus brown sugar, together in a separate bowl, set aside.

  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients together in a mixer or by hand.

  3. Mix in dry ingredients just until all ingredients are moist, don't overmix.

  4. Pour into a prepared bread pan and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  5. Enjoy!
