Oatmeal Banana Bread
This healthy banana bread is moist, delicious and full of flavor. It is easy to make and comes together in minutes. It is a great, guilt free way to use up those extra ripe bananas you have!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 ripe bananas
2 egg whites
1 egg
3 tsp oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Combine all dry ingredients, minus brown sugar, together in a separate bowl, set aside.
Combine the rest of the ingredients together in a mixer or by hand.
Mix in dry ingredients just until all ingredients are moist, don't overmix.
Pour into a prepared bread pan and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
