Fudgy Chocolate Cookies

These fudgy chocolate cookies are so yummy and perfect for those times when you have a chocolate craving! The are super easy and quick to make, coming together in just minutes! They are a sweet treat that the whole family will love!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups self-rising flour

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1 large egg

  • 4 tsp oil

  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 Tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting cookies)

Instructions:

  1. In a separate bow, combine flour and cocoa powder together, set aside.

  2. In a mixer or another bowl, combine remaining ingredients, minus the powdered sugar.

  3. Add in flour mixture and mix until dough forms. Roll dough into balls (2 Tbsp a ball) and place on cookie sheet.

  4. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.

  5. Let cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar.

  6. Enjoy!
