Fudgy Chocolate Cookies
These fudgy chocolate cookies are so yummy and perfect for those times when you have a chocolate craving! The are super easy and quick to make, coming together in just minutes! They are a sweet treat that the whole family will love!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
2 cups self-rising flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 large egg
4 tsp oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting cookies)
Instructions:
In a separate bow, combine flour and cocoa powder together, set aside.
In a mixer or another bowl, combine remaining ingredients, minus the powdered sugar.
Add in flour mixture and mix until dough forms. Roll dough into balls (2 Tbsp a ball) and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
Let cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar.
