Lightened Up Greek Yogurt Browniesđ«
These one Bowl brownies are not only easy, but they are a healthier, lower point/calorie version that hit the spot when you are looking for a chocolatey dessert!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
1 cup All-purpose flour
3â4 cup Hershey's unsweetened cocoa
1â2 tsp Baking powder
1â2 tsp Table salt
2 -5.3oz containers Chobani Zero Sugar Toasted Coconut Vanilla Flavor Nonfat Yogurt
3â4 cup Plain unsweetened almond milk
1â2 cup Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, golden
1 tsp Vanilla extract
42 gm Lily's Milk Chocolate Style Baking Chips(3 servings)
1â4 cup Chopped pecans

Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, sweetener, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in milk, yogurt and vanilla.
Stir in milk, yogurt and vanilla until combined.
Batter will be thick.
Coat an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray and pour batter into pan and spread into an even layer.
Top with chips and pecans.
Bake at 350F until a toothpick inserted into center of brownies comes out mostly clean, with a few moist crumbs, about 30 minutes.
Cool before cutting.
