Gingerbread Cookie Dough Slices

I tried out a new recipe I found on the WW app for gingerbread cookie dough that you can eat raw! They were easy and fun to make!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Gingersnap 1 tsp

  • Ground ginger

  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon

  • 1 1⁄2Tbsp Plain fat free Greek yogurt

  • 3 oz Neufchâtel cheese, softened

  • 1⁄2 cup Sprinkles(I only used 1/4 cup)

Instructions:

  1. Place the cookies in a food processor; process until fine crumbs form, 30 seconds to 1 minute.

  2. Add the ginger and cinnamon and pulse to combine.

  3. Add the yogurt and Neufchatel; process until the mixture forms a dough and comes together into a ball.

  4. Enjoy!
