Applesauce Sour Cream Coffee Cake

This applesauce sour cream coffee cake is delicious and super easy to make. It is light on calories and is also perfect for Fall!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup flour

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (I now use Lakanto Golden)

  • 3/4 cup fat free sour cream (I now use fat free Greek yogurt)

  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 Tbsp oil

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the applesauce, sour cream, oil and brown sugar.

  2. In a separate bow, combine all the dry ingredients.

  3. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet, just until incorporated.

  4. Pour in prepared 9X9 pan and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

  5. Enjoy!
