EASY Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls🍓🍰
These strawberry cheesecake inspired protein balls are perfect for a post workout snack or for whenever you’re craving a guiltless sweet treat! They are easy to make and come together in minutes!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup almond flour
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used Isopure zero carb vanilla)
¼ cup ⅓ less fat cream cheese (softened)
¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
2 Tbsp Lakanto maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1–2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
50 g Lilys whit chocolate chips
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder.
Add softened cream cheese, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
Add milk and stir in.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper.
You can eat right away, or refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set up more.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer..
