HIGH PROTEIN Cottage Cheese Snickers Dessert🍫🥜

These high-protein dessert cups are decadent, creamy, sweet and salty treats! They have flavors that replicate the Snickers candy bar but are much healthier for you!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces 2% fat cottage cheese

  • 6 Tbsp Pbfit Powder (48 g)

  • Protein powder- 1 scoop (30.5 g)

  • ¼ cup Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with allulose, golden

  • 1 oz (28 gm) Lily’s Milk Chocolate chips

  • 1 oz (28 gm) Peanuts, chopped

  • 28 gm Smuckers caramel sugar free sundae syrup

  • Salt flakes

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add the cottage cheese, peanut butter powder, protein powder, and Lakanto and blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Evenly pour the blended cottage cheese mixture into individual small ramekins or dessert bowls.

  3. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. You can also freeze for a few hours to have more of an ice cream texture!

  4. Sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips, chopped peanuts and salt.

  5. Enjoy!
