Cranberry Orange Cheesecake Dip
This Holiday inspired, lightened up dessert dip or Fluff is easy to make and delicious! It comes together in just minutes, combining the seasonal flavors of cranberry and orange with a light cheesecake fluff to make the perfect low calorie/point Holiday treat!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
2 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat
1⁄2 cup Member's Mark Nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1⁄8 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 pinch Table salt
1 tsp Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, golden
1⁄2 tsp Orange extract
1 cup Kroger Fat free whipped topping
2, 4 oz containers, Dole No Sugar Added Mandarin oranges in water with monk fruit concentrate, drained and chopped
1⁄3 cup Kroger
50% Less sugar dried cranberries, chopped
1⁄8 cup Chopped pecans
Instructions:
Chop up pecans, cranberries and drained oranges, then set aside.
In a medium bowl, add softened cream cheese and mix until creamy.
Add in yogurt, Lakanto, cinnamon, salt, and orange extract and stir until combined.
Mix in whipped topping and fold in oranges and most of the pecans and cranberries, setting some aside to garnish.
Refrigerate for about an hour and then top with reserved cranberries and pecans.
Enjoy!
