Banana Cupcakes with Nutella Frosting
I found this recipe on the WW site and knew I had to try them! These banana cupcakes are easy to make and so delicious! The Nutella frosting adds a perfect finishing touch and compliments the banana bread flavor of these cupcakes! They are a sweet treat that the whole family will love!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
Ingredients for cupcakes:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1⁄2 tsp baking powder
1⁄2 tsp table salt
1⁄2 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
1⁄2 cup banana puree(2 bananas)
1 large egg
1⁄2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp coconut oil
Ingredients for frosting:
1 cup fat free whipped topping
3 Tbsp Nutella Hazelnut spread with cocoa
Instructions:
Mix bananas, yogurt, egg, sugar, vanilla, and coconut oil together until well combined.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda together.
Fold into banana mixture until incorporated.
Evenly distribute the batter in prepared cupcake pan.
Bake ate 350 for 15-18 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Mix together whipped topping and Nutella and evenly distribute the frosting on the cooled cupcakes. about 4 tsp per cupcake
