Chocolate Mouse Pie
Easy, light, chocolate mouse pie!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
1 8 oz container fat free whipped topping
3 Yoplait whips (I used 2 chocolate and 1 coconut)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 graham cracker crust ( I made mine with 1 sleeve reduced fat graham crackers, 4 Tbsp light margarine and 2 tsp stevia)
Instructions:
For the crust:
Crush your graham crackers. Add them to a bowl along with butter spread and sweetener and mix all together.
Press in pie pan on bottom.
Bake at 350F for 8 minutes. Let cool.
For the filling:
In a medium bowl, add in your yogurts, cocoa and whipped topping and mix until combined.
Pour into cool crust.
Let chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
You can also freeze for a firmer texture.
