Chocolate Mouse Pie

Easy, light, chocolate mouse pie!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 8 oz container fat free whipped topping

  • 3 Yoplait whips (I used 2 chocolate and 1 coconut)

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 graham cracker crust ( I made mine with 1 sleeve reduced fat graham crackers, 4 Tbsp light margarine and 2 tsp stevia)

Instructions:

  1. For the crust:

  2. Crush your graham crackers. Add them to a bowl along with butter spread and sweetener and mix all together.

  3. Press in pie pan on bottom.

  4. Bake at 350F for 8 minutes. Let cool.

  5. For the filling:

  6. In a medium bowl, add in your yogurts, cocoa and whipped topping and mix until combined.

  7. Pour into cool crust.

  8. Let chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

  9. You can also freeze for a firmer texture.

  10. Enjoy!
