Turkey Sausage Breakfast Wraps
Easy, protein packed breakfast wrap!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
8 large Eggs
1/4 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
1 cup Kroger Reduced fat 4 cheese Mexican blend finely shredded cheese
8 Ole Xtreme Wellness High fiber low carb tortilla wraps (8 inch)
1 bell pepper, chopped 1/2 red onion, chopped 13 oz Parkview Turkey Polska kielbasa, sliced
Instructions:
Whip eggs and stir in greek yogurt.
Sautee kielbasa, bell pepper and red onions on medium heat until kielbasa is heated through and the pepper and onions are softened.
Remove from pan and scramble eggs in the same pan.
On each wrap, put about 1/4 cup scrambled eggs, 2 Tbsp cheese and about 1/2 cup turkey mixture in the middle.
Roll up and serve with salsa.
