Easy Breakfast Casserole
Quick and easy, high protein breakfast casserole!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
12 large eggs
1/4 cup Kroger Reduced fat 4 cheese Mexican blend finely shredded cheese
1/4 cup shredded Part-skim mozzarella cheese
18 slices Canadian Bacon, chopped up
10 oz Fresh baby spinach
8 oz Fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Dry mustard
Pepper and salt to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, beat 12 eggs.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour in prepared 13X9 casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until eggs are set up.
