Sheet-Pan Chocolate Protein Pancakes🍫

These easy to make and clean up after, low point, high protein, sheet pan pancakes are full of chocolate flavor but not full of calories!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups, protein pancake mix

  • 1/2 cup, unsweetened cocoa

  • 1 1/2 cup, Almond Milk Unsweetened Plain

  • 1/2 cup, Greek Yogurt, Plain, Fat Free

  • 1/2 cup Applesauce

  • 4 large Eggs

  • 1/3 cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener with Erythritol(or 0 point brown sugar sweetener of choice)

  • 2 teaspoons, Vanilla extract

  • 1 cup sliced, Strawberry

  • 70 g, 5 servings or 70 grams Lily's Milk chocolate style baking chips

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together pancake mix and cocoa.

  2. In a large bowl, add in remaining ingredients, minus the chocolate chips and strawberries, and mix well.

  3. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  4. Line a 13X18 inch cookie sheet with parchment paper and pour batter on, smoothing out.

  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

  6. Bake at 425 for about 10-15 minutes.

  7. Top with strawberries.

  8. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 5-7 days. Microwave to reheat.

  9. Enjoy!
