Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies | Breakfast Cookies

I found this recipe on the WW website for these cookies and had to try them! These super easy cookies have minimal ingredients and come together really quickly! They are tasty and a great way to start your day!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked old fashioned oats

  • 1/3 cup powdered peanut butter

  • 1/4 tsp salt, optional

  • 1/3 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips(WW Pts and nutritional info factored with choc chips but I now use Lily's baking chips to lower pts more)

Instructions:

  1. In a medium sized bowl, smash up bananas.

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.

  3. On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, drop dough in rounded Tablespoons.

  4. You should get 16 cookies.

  5. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.

  6. These are best served warm!

  7. Enjoy!
