Breakfast sandwich "Egg McMuffin"

A lightened copycat of the Breakfast sandwich the “Egg McMuffin”.

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole grain English muffins

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 oz Canadian bacon (4 slices)

  • 2 Velveeta slices

Instructions:

  1. Toast muffins and set aside.

  2. Beat eggs lightly and cook in a frying pan.

  3. Warm up ham slices in same frying pan.

  4. Top muffins with egg, cheese slice and ham slices.

  5. You can bake them in the oven at 350 for 3-5 minutes to warm everything together or eat as is.

  6. Enjoy!
