Breakfast sandwich "Egg McMuffin"
A lightened copycat of the Breakfast sandwich the “Egg McMuffin”.
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
2 whole grain English muffins
2 eggs
2 oz Canadian bacon (4 slices)
2 Velveeta slices
Instructions:
Toast muffins and set aside.
Beat eggs lightly and cook in a frying pan.
Warm up ham slices in same frying pan.
Top muffins with egg, cheese slice and ham slices.
You can bake them in the oven at 350 for 3-5 minutes to warm everything together or eat as is.
