Crock Pot Ham & Cheese Quiche

Delicious and easy way to make a quiche!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 12 large Eggs

  • 1 cup Member's Mark almond milk

  • 1⁄2 tsp black pepper

  • 1⁄2 tsp Table salt

  • 1⁄2 tsp Granulated garlic

  • 1⁄2 cup Fresh tomatoes, chopped

  • 1⁄2 cup Uncooked red onion, chopped

  • 1 medium Uncooked bell pepper, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp Fresh parsley

  • 1 1⁄2 cups Kroger Reduced fat 4 cheese Mexican blend finely shredded cheese

  • 20 slices Member's Mark Uncured Canadian bacon, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, pepper, salt and granulated garlic.

  2. Stir in tomatoes, onion, bell pepper and parsley.

  3. Fold in ham and cheese.

  4. Pour in a crock pot (mine is a 7 qt) that has been sprayed with cooking spray. I used a crock pot liner but you don't have to.

  5. Set to low, cover and cook for 4-5 hours or until eggs are set.

  6. Enjoy!
