Crock Pot Ham & Cheese Quiche
Delicious and easy way to make a quiche!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
12 large Eggs
1 cup Member's Mark almond milk
1⁄2 tsp black pepper
1⁄2 tsp Table salt
1⁄2 tsp Granulated garlic
1⁄2 cup Fresh tomatoes, chopped
1⁄2 cup Uncooked red onion, chopped
1 medium Uncooked bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp Fresh parsley
1 1⁄2 cups Kroger Reduced fat 4 cheese Mexican blend finely shredded cheese
20 slices Member's Mark Uncured Canadian bacon, chopped
Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, pepper, salt and granulated garlic.
Stir in tomatoes, onion, bell pepper and parsley.
Fold in ham and cheese.
Pour in a crock pot (mine is a 7 qt) that has been sprayed with cooking spray. I used a crock pot liner but you don't have to.
Set to low, cover and cook for 4-5 hours or until eggs are set.
