Homemade Pesto Sauce

This homemade pesto sauce is so delicious and easy, you will never buy it at the store again!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups basil or I cup basil, 1 cup spinach

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan

  • 1/2 olive oil

  • 1/3 cup pine nuts. You can substitute with walnuts

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1/4 tsp pepper or to taste

  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine basil, spinach and pine nuts in food processor using short pulses.

  2. Add in parmesan and garlic, pulse again.

  3. Slowly add olive oil in while running the food processor until well combined.

  4. Stir in salt and pepper by hand.

  5. Enjoy!
