Lightened Up Cheeseburger Sliders🍔

I meal prepped my WW friendly lunch for the week with these delicious and easy, lightened up Cheeseburger Sliders!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 12 Franz Hawaiian rolls

  • 6 Velveeta Slices Original cheese

  • 16 oz Uncooked 93% lean ground beef

  • 1 small Onion, chopped

  • 2 tsp Jarred minced garlic

  • 1 can, 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes

  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1⁄4 cup G Hughes Sugar Free Ketchup

  • 1⁄4 cup Mustard

  • 2 Tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread Made with Yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, golden

  • 1 1⁄2 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp Everything bagel seasoning blend

  • 12 Mt Olive Kosher Dill, Hamburger Chips

  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet over medium/high heat, add ground beef and diced onion and cook until burger is browned and onions are softened.

  2. Add garlic and cook another minute.

  3. Add in tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and mustard and stir.

  4. Let continue to simmer for about 10 minutes.

  5. Slice rolls in half.

  6. Place bottom half of rolls on baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray.

  7. Place cheese slices on rolls.

  8. Spread ground beef mixture evenly over the sliced cheese.

  9. Lay pickle chips on top of ground beef mixture.

  10. Lay roll tops on.

  11. Melt butter spread in a small bowl, and whisk in Lakanto golden, and dijon.

  12. Brush or pour on tops of rolls.

  13. Sprinkle on everything bagel seasoning.

  14. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and tops of rolls are browned.

  15. Enjoy!
