Homemade Frank & Beans (Pork & Beans)
These delicious and easy, lightened up Frank and Beans are packed with flavor but not calories!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
60 oz, 4 cans, Canned great northern beans, rinsed and drained
8 franks -Ball Park Franks, Smoked White Turkey, Fat Free, Bun Size
1 medium Uncooked onion, chopped
2 tsp Minced garlic
1 Tbsp Vinegar
2 Tbsp Molasses
1⁄3 cup Lakanto Brown monkfruit sweetener with erythritol(or no calorie/pt sugar alternative of your choice)
1⁄2 cup Ketchup
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
6 slices Oscar Mayer Naturally hardwood smoked bacon
1 Tbsp Liquid smoke flavoring
Instructions:
Heat a large pan over medium heat.
Add cut hot dogs and onions and cook until hotdogs are browned and onions are softened.
Add garlic and cook another 1-2 minutes.
Add vinegar, molasses, brown sweetener, ketchup, dijon, liquid smoke and great Northern beans and stir well.
Continue cook on medium heat until all ingredients have heated through.
