How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice Fit and Active Multigrain 45 calorie bread

  • 2 oz avocado

  • 1 lg hard boiled egg, sliced

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of crushed red pepper

Instructions:

  1. Toast bread.

  2. Smash avocado on top.

  3. Sprinkle with a little salt.

  4. Slice an egg on top.

  5. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper.

  6. Enjoy!
