Avocado Egg salad
Easy, high protein egg salad perfect for a quick lunch or anytime!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
1⁄4 (2 oz) Avocado
2 boiled Eggs, chopped
1⁄2 cup Nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp Raw onion, chopped
1 tsp Mustard
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
1⁄4 tsp salt
1⁄4 tsp Mrs Dash Seasoning Blend
Instructions:
Add all ingredients besides the egg and onion in a bowl and mix together well. Chop eggs and onion and fold in.
Enjoy!
