Avocado Egg salad

Easy, high protein egg salad perfect for a quick lunch or anytime!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1⁄4 (2 oz) Avocado

  • 2 boiled Eggs, chopped

  • 1⁄2 cup Nonfat plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp Raw onion, chopped

  • 1 tsp Mustard

  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar

  • 1⁄4 tsp salt

  • 1⁄4 tsp Mrs Dash Seasoning Blend

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients besides the egg and onion in a bowl and mix together well. Chop eggs and onion and fold in.

  2. Enjoy!
