Crockpot Chicken Mushroom and Rice Casserole
This Crockpot Chicken Mushroom and Rice Casserole is a Weight Watchers recipe that is absolutely delicious and easy!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
2 large, uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts(about 26-32 oz)
2 cups chicken broth
3/4 cup uncooked brown rice
1 cup chopped carrots
1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
3 stalks celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp mined garlic
2 tsp worchestire sauce
1 tsp sage
ground pepper to taste
Instructions:
Pour chicken broth in crockpot.
Add remaining ingredients, except chicken.
Stir and nestle chicken on top.
Cook on low for around 5-7 hours or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165.
Shred chicken and mix in.
Enjoy!
