This easy slow cooker pork chili is low in WW Points and calories but full of flavor. It is a perfect warm, cozy food for the cold winter months!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1⁄2 pounds Uncooked lean boneless pork chop(or pork loin)

  • 15 oz Canned black beans, rinsed and drained

  • 15 oz Canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained

  • 15 oz Canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained

  • 29 oz Canned diced tomatoes

  • 6 oz Tomato paste

  • 28 oz Canned tomato puree

  • 1 medium Onion, chopped

  • 1 1⁄2 cups Carrots, chopped

  • 2 tsp Garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp Ground cumin

  • 1 Tbsp Chili powder

  • 1 tsp Dried oregano 1

  • ⁄2 tsp salt

  • 1⁄2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to your slow cooker and stir well.

  2. Cover and cook on High for 6-8 hours or until pork is cooked and tender.

  3. Enjoy!
