Crock-Pot Pork Chili
This easy slow cooker pork chili is low in WW Points and calories but full of flavor. It is a perfect warm, cozy food for the cold winter months!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
1 1⁄2 pounds Uncooked lean boneless pork chop(or pork loin)
15 oz Canned black beans, rinsed and drained
15 oz Canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained
15 oz Canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained
29 oz Canned diced tomatoes
6 oz Tomato paste
28 oz Canned tomato puree
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 1⁄2 cups Carrots, chopped
2 tsp Garlic, minced
1 tsp Ground cumin
1 Tbsp Chili powder
1 tsp Dried oregano 1
⁄2 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp Black pepper
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to your slow cooker and stir well.
Cover and cook on High for 6-8 hours or until pork is cooked and tender.
