Triple Berry Cheesecake Salad/Fluff Salad
This fresh fruit salad/fluff comes together in minutes with minimal ingredients but tastes amazing. The colors of the berries in this make it a perfect side for the 4th of July but it is a great side salad for any occasion!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat
1/4 cup Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener, powdered (use 1/2 cup if you want a sweeter salad, we don't like ours very sweet)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
8 oz Kroger Fat free whipped topping
6 cups Mixed berries of your choice. I used strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.
Instructions:
In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and Monkfruit until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the thawed cool whip.
Add strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.
Fold carefully into the cream cheese mixture. Serve immediately.
Enjoy!
