Skinny Strawberry Pretzel Pecan Fluff🍓
This lightened up strawberry fluff/salad is light, creamy and a perfect spring or summer dessert!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
2 oz Pretzels
4 Tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread Made with Yogurt
1⁄4 cup Lakanto golden monkfruit sweetener with erythritol
1⁄4 cup Chopped pecans
1⁄2 cup Lakanto Classic monkfruit sweetener
8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat
4 cups, sliced Strawberries
8 oz Kroger Fat free whipped topping
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°.
Mix pretzels, pecans, melted butter spread and 1/4 cup Lakanto brown .
Pour onto baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes. Cool completely.
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and Lakanto classic until creamy.
Fold in whipped topping.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
To serve, fold in strawberries. Break pretzel mixture up. Reserve some to garnish with and either fold in the remaining or add remaining to individual servings. *If you want to keep this from thinning out, add strawberries to individual servings.
