Skinny Strawberry Cake
This skinny strawberry cake starts with a box cake and is really easy to make but delicious!
How to Make This:
Ingredients:
1 box cake mix (I used strawberry)
2 5.3 oz oikos triple zero Greek yogurts
1 cup water
1, 1 oz box sugar free fat free Jello pudding mix
8 oz fat free whipped topping
1 cup 1% or skim milk
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions:
Mix together cake mix, yogurt and water, mix well for about 1-2 minutes.
Pour in prepared 13X9 baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Let completely cool.
For the frosting, combine milk , pudding mix and vanilla, mix well for about 1-2 minutes.
Mix in whipped topping.
Evenly spread over the top of cooled cake and top with sliced strawberries.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours for best results.
