Skinny Strawberry Cake

This skinny strawberry cake starts with a box cake and is really easy to make but delicious!

How to Make This:

Ingredients:

  • 1 box cake mix (I used strawberry)

  • 2 5.3 oz oikos triple zero Greek yogurts

  • 1 cup water

  • 1, 1 oz box sugar free fat free Jello pudding mix

  • 8 oz fat free whipped topping

  • 1 cup 1% or skim milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 8 oz sliced fresh strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Mix together cake mix, yogurt and water, mix well for about 1-2 minutes.

  2. Pour in prepared 13X9 baking dish.

  3. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

  4. Let completely cool.

  5. For the frosting, combine milk , pudding mix and vanilla, mix well for about 1-2 minutes.

  6. Mix in whipped topping.

  7. Evenly spread over the top of cooled cake and top with sliced strawberries.

  8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours for best results.

  9. Enjoy!
